6 avocados
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup picante sauce
1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 or 3 tomatoes seeded and chopped
Peel and pit the avocados mash them with a fork while blending in lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients.(when guacamole is made put a couple of the pits of the avocado in the bowl with it, to prevent browning) mash them with a fork while blending in lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients.
