Tuna Burgers

Serves: 5

1 (6-ounce) can tuna
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 cup ripe olives, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
1 small onion, minced
6 hamburger buns


Combine tuna, celery, cheese, olives, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and onion. Spread on buns and wrap in foil. Bake at 350° for 10–15 minutes. May freeze. May also use chopped chicken or turkey.
