Ingredients

1 (4-pound) flounder, red snapper, or other large fish fillet
paprika
butter
2 cups sour cream
sliced almonds

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Scale, clean, split and remove bones from fish. Flatten it out. Rub inside and out with butter and paprika. Place on ovenproof dish. Cover with sour cream; sprinkle with almonds. Cover the dish. Bake about 45 minutes or until done. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Even Easier: I used fish fillets that were smaller, so cooked in 30 minutes or less.
