Elly’s Shrimp Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 pound shrimp, cooked and cleaned
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups cooked spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, garlic, and parsley in butter until tender. Add shrimp, sherry, and salt, and toss until heated through. Pour over spaghetti and toss with Parmesan to taste.
