Spanish Rice-a-Roni Crawfish

1 pound crawfish tails
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 package Spanish Rice-a-Roni


Sauté crawfish, onion, bell pepper, garlic, red pepper, and salt in butter until crawfish are done (about 2 minutes). Use package directions for preparing Rice-a-Roni. Fold in crawfish mixture. Serve hot.
