Season breasts with salt and pepper. Combine rest of ingredients. Mix well. Layer half of sauce on bottom of baking dish; layer chicken on top. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Marinate overnight, or at least 4–5 hours. Bake uncovered at 325° for one hour or until tender.
