Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and deboned
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup herb- seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

Place chicken in lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine; mix well. Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.

Editor's Extra: Okay to omit the wine—good either way.
