8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/2 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 cups canned dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt

Mix butter, mustard, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Dip chicken breasts in mixture and pat into mixture made with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, parsley, and salt. Tuck ends into a bundle shape and place in a 9x13-inch roasting pan. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1–1 1/2 hours. Can be prepared ahead.

Editor's Extra: As a rule of thumb, if not specified, go ahead and spray pans with vegetable oil spray—makes clean-up easier.
