Lemon-Garlic Broiled Shrimp

2 pounds shrimp (medium, peeled)
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons chopped parsley


Place shrimp in single layer in a large flat pan; set aside. Sauté garlic in butter until garlic is brown; remove and discard garlic. Add next 5 ingredients, stirring well; pour mixture over shrimp. Broil shrimp 4 inches from heat source for 8–10 minutes, basting once. Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately.
