Hot Shrimp

1 stick margarine
2 pounds shrimp in shells
minced garlic
1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing


Melt margarine in large roasting pan. Put in shrimp and seasoning to taste. Pour dressing over. Cover tightly and bake at 350° until done — about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Editor's Extra: Spread the newspaper on the table and start peeling! And better have some hot French bread for sopping up this tasty sauce.
