Blend ingredients with a fork and store in airtight container (marked). When using, preheat oven to 325°–350°. Place 1/2 cup in bag, adding more as needed. Moisten meat evenly with water or milk. Shake meat to cover and mix (1 piece at a time). Place meat in a greased pan. Bake about 1 hour or until tender.
Editor's Extra: You can buy cracker meal, or crush about 24 single crackers in a food processor, or roll a heavy glass or rolling pin over crackers in a Ziploc bag.
