Cut fish into serving-size portions. Arrange in baking dish with thickest portions to the outside. Mix remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley; spread mixture on fish; sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered on HIGH 5–7 minutes until done. Garnish with parsley.
