Fish Fillets Elegante

1 (1-pound) package frozen or fresh fish fillet (sole, haddock, halibut, flounder, cod or trout)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 lemon, cut into wedges


Preheat oven to 400°. Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish. Separate fillets. Place in baking dish. Dash with pepper; dot with butter. Spread soup over fillets; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
