Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

1 can (2 cups) pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup liquid egg substitute
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon household salt
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Combine the pumpkin, condensed milk, egg substitute, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt and place in the pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes until a knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.
