Pecan Squares

Ingredients

1/4 pound polyunsaturated margarine
2 cups light brown sugar
1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup light brown sugar

Directions:

Mix the margarine, brown sugar, egg substitute, flour, vanilla and salt and beat until smooth. Spread the batter over a shallow baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Spread ¼ cup liquid egg substitute over the batter. Sprinkle ½ cup light brown sugar pecans and then the remaining brown sugar over the top.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares and cool.
