Ingredients

1 cup sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup polyunsaturated oil
2 tablespoons cold non fat milk

Directions:

Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Combine the oil and milk in a measuring cup, pour quickly into the flour mixture and stir well until blended into a ball.

Shape the dough into a ball, place it between two sheets of waxed paper and roll out with a rolling pin. Remove the top layer of waxed paper, invert the dough over a pie plate and remove the paper. Fit the dough to the pan, trim the edges and flute the rim with a fork.

If the dough is baked now, prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool before filling.

If the dough will be baked with a filling, do not prick the bottom.

For a 2-crust pie, make a second crust recipe.
