Pecan Pie

Ingredients

3/4 cup liquid egg substitute
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup polyunsaturated margarine, melted
1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 9 inch pie shell

Directions:

Beat the egg substitute and add the sugar, corn syrup, salt, margarine, pecans and vanilla extract. Pour the batter into the pie crust.

Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce the heat to 300 degrees and bake for 35 minutes more. Cool on a wire rack.
