Flourless Brownies

1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
1 cup sugar
5 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup polyunsaturated oil
1/2 cup cake meal
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped


Beat the egg substitute and sugar together. Add the oil and then mix in the cocoa powder, cake meal, salt and nuts. Pour into a shallow pan greased with non-fat spray.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until a toothpick is clean when removed.
