Cornflake Walnut Crust

Serves: 8

1 1/2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 sticks polyunsaturated margarine, melted
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and finely chopped


Combine all the ingredients in a 9-inch pie plate, mix well and press against the sides and bottom.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before filling.
