Chocolate Boiled Frosting

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup non fat milk
1/2 teaspoon polyunsaturated margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Sift together the cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add the milk and cook over low-to medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from the heat and blend in the margarine and vanilla. Cool to room temperature before spreading.
