Ingredients

6 potatoes , peeled and cubed
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup butter , softened
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Cover potatoes with water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain well; add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mash until light and fluffy.
