2 to 3 cups chicken , cooked and cubed
1/2 cup celery , chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup strawberries , hulled and sliced
4 to 6 croissants , sliced in half horizontally

Mix first 5 ingredients together spread evenly on croissant bottom halves. Top with remaining halves.

TIP: Use a drinking straw to hull strawberries with ease. Just push the straw through the end without a stem and the green, leafy top will pop right off!
