Tamale Casserole

1 cup olives cut in large pieces
1 green bell pepper diced
2 onions small, diced
1 cup celery chopped
2 tablespoons wok oil
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup cornmeal
4 cups tomatoes canned with juice
2 cups corn canned, drained
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup American cheese grated


Sauté green pepper, onion, and celery in oil. Add meat and cook until brown. Cook corn meal in tomatoes 10 minutes over medium heat. Add meat and vegetable mixture. Stir in corn and olives. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
