Lamb Ring

2 pounds ground lamb
1 cup milk
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs, fine
2 tablespoons onions minced
1/2 green bell pepper small, chopped fine
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Combine the above ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in buttered ring mold. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Turn out on hot platter. Fill the center with buttered peas and surround the ring with buttered baby carrots and deviled eggs. Garnish with parsley.
