Instant Strawberry Ice Cream

Serves: 4

1 (10-ounce) package frozen strawberries
1 cup cream heavy
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons sugar to taste


Run hot water over unopened package of frozen strawberries empty contents into food processor or blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixture is thick and smooth and well mixed. Sweeten to taste. Serve immediately or store in freezer for later use.
