2 cups half and half
2 cups cream
3/4 cup sugar or to taste
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups crushed pineapple drained, fresh or canned
Heat creams, sugar, and salt in saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; cool. Combine cream mixture with extracts and fruit. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
