Crepes:
1/2 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs yolks, , beaten
1 cup water
Filling:
1 cup heavy whipped cream
1 can (2-ounce) black caviar
Dash Tabasco sauce

1. Mix flour and salt. Combine egg yolks and water; gradually add flour, beating until smooth. Bake on greased hot griddle, making crepes 3 inches in diameter, cooking one at a time.
2. Mix together filling ingredients. Spread crepes with caviar mixture and roll lightly. Serve warm.
