1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons milk
1 tablespoon onions, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/2 ounces dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell peppers, finely chopped
10 crepes

1. Saute pecans with salt and butter over medium heat until golden. Set aside.
2. Mix softened cream cheese with milk, onion, garlic salt, pepper and sour cream until smooth. Stir in beef and peppers.
3. Spread evenly on each of the 10 crepes, making 2 separate stacks of 5 each.
4. Sprinkle nuts on top and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into wedges to serve.
