Beef Burgundy

Ingredients

2 pounds stew beef, cubed
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can golden mushroom soup
1 (1.35 ounces) package onion soup mix
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup red wine or beef broth
cooked egg noodle

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine beef, soup, soup mix, mushrooms with liquid and wine or broth. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serve over cooked noodles.
