Chop your fresh basil at the last possible moment so the leaves will stay beautiful bright green.
6 ounces angel hair pasta
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook pasta in boiling water 3 to 5 minutes or just until tender; drain.
2. Toss with remaining ingredients except cheese. Serve with cheese.
