Impossible Broccoli 'n Cheddar Pie

It takes only minutes to prepare this cheesy broccoli pie. Quickly thaw the broccoli by removing the outer wrapper from the package and then piercing the package with a knife. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until partially thawed. Break up broccoli with fork and drain thoroughly. Terrific served with coleslaw and assorted fruits.


   2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
   2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
   2/3 cup chopped onions
   1 1/3 cups milk
   3 eggs
   3/4 cup Original Bisquick® baking mix
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/4 teaspoon pepper

1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches.

2. Mix broccoli, 1 1/3 cups of the cheese and the onion in pie plate.

3. Stir milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.

4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes.
