Sausage Quiches

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll
1/2 pound hot sausage, crumbled
2 tablespoons dried onions flakes
2 tablespoons minced chives
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 pint cottage cheese, small curd
2 cups grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
paprika

Directions:

Generously grease 4 miniature muffin tins. Separate dough pieces and cut up to fit into tins about 2?3 way up the sides. Brown sausage lightly with onion. Drain well. Add chives. Spoon equally over dough. Mix eggs and cheeses. Fill tins with mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika. May be frozen at this point, tightly covered. Bring to room temperature. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
