Iced Coffee

Ingredients

4 tablespoons instant coffee
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 quarts milk
1/2 gallon vanilla or vanilla/chocolate ice cream
2 scoops vanilla sugar

Directions:

In a pot, heat coffee, sugar, and water until boiling. Add milk. Add ice cream and vanilla sugar, and combine with hand blender.

Optional: Ice chips may be used to keep coffee cold for longer periods of time.

Note:
To make vanilla sugar, bury two vanilla beans in one pound of granulated or powdered sugar. Store in airtight container for about a week.
