Red Pepper Bruschetta with Feta

1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red bell pepper, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 (1/4-ounce) package tomato basil feta cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1/2-slices


Mix peppers, onions, cheese, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Set aside. Brush bread lightly with olive oil. Place on cookie sheet. Broil until lightly toasted. Top each slice with 1 tablespoon pepper mixture. Broil lightly.
