Hamburger Soup

Ingredients

1 pound hamburger or ground beef, browned and drained
2 (14-ounce) cans beef broth
1 (14-ounce) can tomato, diced
1 cup chopped onion
2/3 - 1 cup quick barley
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 cup chopped green pepper
salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a slow boil. Simmer 15–20 minutes, or till barley is tender.
