Cheatin’ Chicken Chowder

Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
6 medium potatoes
3 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk

Directions:

Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes; stir-fry in oil and soy sauce until solid white inside. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes; boil for 10 minutes; drain. Mix soups, milk, chicken, and potatoes in soup pot. Cook on low heat for 1/2 hour, stirring frequently.
