Barbecued Green Beans

Ingredients

4 strips bacon
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 cans French-style green beans, well-drained

Directions:

Place bacon in baking dish, cover with waxed paper, and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Sauté onion in bacon grease for 3 minutes. Add ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire to the sautéed onions and mix. Add drained green beans and stir gently. Top with crumbled bacon. Cover. Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
