Garlic, Apple, Pork Chops

Ingredients

5 boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic
5 teaspoons brown sugar
3 Jonathon apples sliced thick

Directions:

Spread pork chops in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Salt and pepper. Top each chop with 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic, 1 tsp. brown sugar, and 2 thick apple slices. Bake at 350 degrees until tender, about 1 hour.
