Apple Juice Pork Chops


Serves: 5

Ingredients

4 pork chops (center out boneless are best)
seasoned salt
black pepper
1/4 cup water
1 (12-ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate

Directions:

Salt and pepper meat. Place meat in skillet and cook on both sides until browned. Add water and frozen apple juice. Cover with lid and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until meat is cooked. thicken juice with cornstarch for gravy.
