Beef Cider Stew

Ingredients

1 pound lean beef cut into 1" cubes
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups apple cider
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
4 sliced carrots
4 potatoes cut into cubes
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
1 cup chopped onion
3 stalks sliced celery

Directions:

Toss beef with flour garlic salt and pepper and brown in oil. Stir in apple cider, water and seasonings. Cover. Simmer about 35 minutes. Add vegetables. Simmer for 1 hour until tender.
