1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) can pizza sauce
12 slices pepperoni
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16-ounce) package frozen potato puffs

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Drain and return beef mixture to skillet. Reduce heat to medium; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Spoon beef mixture into an 8"x8"baking pan lightly sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over beef; arrange pepperoni and green pepper over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese; arrange potato puffs over top. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until heated through.

Tip: An edible centerpiece is so easy! Simply pile colorful fruit in a basket, then tuck nuts into the spaces in between. We like lemons and almonds in summer, apples and walnuts in fall.
