Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can nacho cheese soup
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
salt and pepper to taste
18 (6-inch) corn tortillas
1 (16-ounce) package shredded Colby Jack cheese

Directions:

Combine browned meat, soups, chiles, salt and pepper. In a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan, layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling, about 30 minutes.

Tip: For nifty placecard holders, simply make a small slice in seasonal whole fruits or veggies…apples, peaches, peppers or mini pumpkins. Write guests' names on cards and insert into the slits.
