Crispy Pecan-Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ranch salad dressing
3 cups pecans, finely chopped

Directions:

In a large plastic zipping bag, toss chicken with salad dressing to coat. Seal bag; refrigerate for one hour to overnight. Remove chicken from dressing; roll each in pecans until well-coated. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken juices run clear and pecans are crisp and golden.

Tip: Shallow baskets make lunch or dinner fun! Just line with a bright-colored paper napkin and fill with finger foods like corn dogs, chicken nuggets and French fries. Pass some extra napkins…no utensils required!
