2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup agave
2 tablespoons fresh ginger root
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Combine agave, vinegar and ginger; mix well. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, brush generously with agave mixture. Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear when cut with a knife. Brush with agave mixture every 15 minutes.
