Serve Agave Berry Purée over your favorite fruits or flan, pudding or ice cream. Also delicious on poultry or pork; add 3 Tablespoons lemon juice, and add thyme or mint, if desired, when serving sauce with meats.
2 cups blackberries or raspberries
1/4 cup agave
2 tablespoons regular or fruit-flavored brandy, optional
Purée blackberries in blender or food processor. If desired, press through sieve to remove seeds. Or, mash berries with a fork. Stir in agave and brandy, if desired, until blended.
