Dovetailing Tips: It's Monday again and I bet you know what that means - onions! Chop a cup and a half today and that will take you through the week. Mondays may stink (for more reasons than one) but they make the rest of the week seem that much sweeter!




Dovetailing Tips: Enjoy the fruits of your labors with some of that onion you chopped Monday. Today's recipe calls for 1 medium onion which equals about 1/2 to 2/3 cup once chopped.

You will also get ahead today by cooking 8 slices of bacon instead of 3. This will save you lots of time and even more greasy cleanup! Use the 3 you need for today and keep 5 for tomorrow. You will be way ahead when you start preparing your Spinach Salad.
