Monday
Dovetailing Tips: Today we are going to put you to the dovetailing test!  Lots to do today means lots of saved time later in the week.  First, finely chop 3 onions and then take a red onion, slice 4 slices and chop the rest.  Use the slices today and save the chopped portion for Wednesday. Next you will mince 7 cloves of garlic. I know that sounds like a lot, but that will take you through the whole week.  
 Now on to your Romaine lettuce!  Tear 9 cups of lettuce and store 8 cups in a very airtight ziploc.  Shred 1 cup of Parmesan to use throught the week and finish up by chopping 2 cups of peanuts and saving the excess for Friday.  All the work is done today and you will enjoy it for the next 4 days!

Thursday
Dovetailing Tips: The last of the garlic, Parmesan, and Romaine lettuce are waiting to be used today.
Friday
Dovetailing Tips: Onions and nuts are the last of your dovetailing spoils! Enjoy them today!
