Fall Breakfast Ideas

Living in the Bay Area in California, my family doesn’t experience every season to its fullest, so I tend to rely on food to get us in the spirit of the season! Some of you lucky readers will live in places where you have cool, crisp air and colorful leaves to get you feeling like fall, but if not, here are a few breakfast ideas to get you in the Fall spirit!


Pumpkin Chocolate Chip (or pecan!) Pancakes- Just add a little canned pumpkin or even just fall spices to your regular pancake mix, add a few chocolate chips and call it breakfast!

Pumpkin French Toast Casserole- Cinnamon, walnuts, powdered sugar… this dish will feed a crowd and surely get you in the mood!

Overnight Pumpkin Oats- A healthy and make ahead option! Be sure to look up a recipe for this!

Pumpkin Scones- For breakfast or dessert, these scream fall!

Pumpkin Banana Quinoa Bowl- A nice variety and delicious, healthy start to the day. Yum!
