Prepare leftover turkey in separate zip lock bags for each remaining day. Day 2 – 2 cups chopped turkey legs and/or dark meat, Day 3 – sliced meat for the sandwiches, Day 4 – 2 cups cubed turkey meat, Day 5 – 2 cups chopped meat.
