Lemon Tahini Dressing


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 2
Yield: 1 1/2 Cups

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 cup raw sesame tahini
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup water

Directions:

1. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the water. Once combined, add the water 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time until the desired consistency is reached. (You may not need to use all the water.)

2. Use immediately, or transfer the dressing to a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
